Hips and Heels: No More STIFF Hips. for Women over 50, is a confidence-building program designed to help US improve hip mobility, loosen tight muscles, and move with more ease—on and off the dance floor. Through guided, beginner-friendly hips-and-heels inspired sessions, you’ll strengthen your lower body, improve balance and posture, and learn simple techniques to reduce stiffness safely. Girl, by the end, you’ll feel more flexible, more feminine, and more in control of your body—without feeling overwhelmed or “too old to start.” We focus on basic hip and heel movement and their connection to overall health : spirit and soul and body.
